  1. Ethan the spy –

If there was a spy school for kids, it would be top secret and so, I couldn’t really tell you if it existed or not.

  2. Stuart Gibbs,
In spy ski school on the 36th page in the 8th row mike states, “Are they working on anything with radioactive spiders? So that you’ll be able to shoot webs out of your wrists like Spider-Man?”. Even though in the original Spider-Man comics Spider-Man doesn’t shoot webs out of his wrists but makes a contraption of his own design that makes it so he can shoot webs and swing across the city.

  3. Bugs Bunny –

I am well aware of how the Spider-Man contraption works. But it was funnier to have Mike state things this way.

(And, if we’re going to get really technical, spiders shoot web out of glands near their rear ends, not their wrists, so Spider-Man ios totally wrong anatomically in the first place.)

I would consider Star Trek or Star Wars nerdy. Also, what other authors do you like?

  5. Hi Mr. Gibbs!
I am a huge fan of your books! I just wanted you to know that I have the kindle version of spy school, and it shows me whats underneath the blackout sentences. I am not going to say, because if you blacked them out they are confidential. I am so excited for the next book!!

  6. Spy School Lover –

Yes, I have heard that the kindle does that. Just so you know, the words were never supposed to be printed at all. They were only words that I stuck into a Word document so that I could know how long the blacked-out spaces would be. I never imagined that the publisher would actually type them and then black them out too. So whatever is there is not necessarily correct.

  7. Oliver –

I believe that the series works because it is from Ben’s POV, and that Erica wouldn’t be nearly as funny from her own POV.

  8. teddy –

I think that setting a MBA book on earth would really take away everything that was interesting about the book series in the first place.

  9. Hi, Mr. Gibbs! I just started reading the Spy School series, and I really love it so far! I’m currently on Spy School: British Invasion.

I just had one question, and it’s fine if you don’t answer: What does Ben look like? The books are from his point of view, and you never describe him externally. I know you must get this question a lot. I’ve searched it up, and the Internet says that Ben is likely to have brown hair and brown eyes, but I picture him differently.

Do you not describe Ben on purpose?
