  1. Mike B –

I don’t doubt that Ecosia is a great organization — but there are hundreds of great environmental organizations and i can’t list them all. So I list the ones that I have worked with.

  2. Hey Alex H. and people that used ecosia that I was talking about- I just got my 1,000 search on ecosia which means I’ve planted over 20 trees now! Ecosia is great along with the other things in the save the world tab

  3. E & Alexander –
The image was only a temp. If I had gotten the proper permission, I would have uploaded a external file with the image embedded. I’m afraid Mr. Gibbs felt at this time the website could not support a puzzle .In any case, I’m sure if enough people encourage it Mr. Gibbs will do it (probably will be done by a more professional coder

  4. Wait… So in book 7 Catherine says that Erica isn’t the only one who has a family background in spying, saying “Alexander’s not
the only one whose family business has been espionage”. Then in book 8, Catherine said that neither of her parents were spies, saying “My parents weren’t spies and neither were either of yours. But we’re all doing a decent job at this”. Am I missing something here?

  5. Ghost –

You can have a family background in the spy business but not have parents who were spies.

  6. Hello Mr. Gibbs,
I noticed in Spy School Goes South, that when we first see the Farkles, they are wearing neon yellow shirts, but when we see them by the cenote, they are wearing neon pink. Is that a typo or did you do it on purpose? If it was on purpose, why did the color change? Thank You!

  7. Eva –

Since the scenes you ar referring to in SSGS take place on two separate days, I figured maybe the Farkles would have multiple shirts for their vacation.

  8. Dear Mr. Gibbs,
Your books are amazing and I just have one question and one idea. The question is, are you going to make another moon base alpha or beta and the idea is you should add a dog to spy school and maybe Ben can adopt it and Erica would tell him not to get too attached.

    Sincerely, Luca 🙂

  9. Luca –

Please see my post about why I ended the MBA series. It is listed in this very index.

  10. Luca

I answered your question about the dog on a different page where you also asked about the dog.

  11. Hi!
Will we be getting a crossover from Charlie Thorne and Spy School? That would be crazy and amazing!
    Love your work,
    Ian Kavaleuski

  12. Luca –

I see now that you did not ask about the dog on two pages. What happened was that two different Lucas wrote to me asking the same question at the exact same time on two pages.

Anyhow, I am not against adding a dog. But it would have to make sense within the story. If I can’t come up with a way to do that, then I won’t add it.

  13. Hello Mr.Gibbs big fan but are you going to anytime soon post Charlie Thorne merch I hope this was not too much.

    Big fan

  14. Big Fan –

It takes a lot of time to design merchandise and I probably won’t be able to design anything new until the summer.

  15. Hello Mr.Gibbs I just want to say that I really love all of your books especially S.S but I have a question about a comment from Luca saying that if you can add a dog but you said ” I am not against adding a dog. But it would have to make sense within the story. If I can’t come up with a way to do that, then I won’t add it”. But I just finished S.S.R a week ago and I saw that Erica sister had a dog in S.S.R so does that kind of count, because probably in S.S.A.S Erica sister is probably going to join Academy of Espionage so maybe she will bring her dog with her. I know you will probably say that the last line I will not tell you about but it is just a theory.

  16. Theory –

I can’t think of a single school or university on earth where they let you bring your dog to live in the dorm with you.

  17. Please don’t let Trixie be with Ben or else it won’t be interesting anymore.

  18. Mr. Gibbs-
I wanted to say I absolutely love all your books and think they are super great. I also think that it is nice how you respond to questions personally. Thanks again!

  19. Hi I am you biggest fan you are my hero! I can’t wait for the new book. Can’t wait can’t wait can’t wait can’t wait ahhhhhhhhhhhhh I love your books

  20. Hello stuart gibbs I would like to know if you would like to read the book me and my friend Ben made.It is called Spy School Future.I will be done soon.

  21. Matthew –

Sadly, between my work and talking care of my family, I do not have the time to read all the books that everyone sends me.

  22. Scout –

I am not able to start a new series at this time (given that I am launching a fourth series next March with Once Upon A Tim)… but the Charlie Thorne series has a girl as its protagonist — and all my other series have very prominent girl characters as well (although, admittedly, they are not the central characters).

  23. -Mr. Gibbs
I am a huge fan of the SS series and was wondering if the 10th book will involve the
e-mail that Murray Hill sent at the end of Spy School At Sea. you are my favourite author
and i’ve read every book in the SS series. I’m trying to convince my school librarian to get the full series.
    – SS4Life

  24. SS4Life –

It would be pretty weird if I had included Murray’s email at the end of SSAS — and then didn’t make SS10 have something to do with it.

  25. My brother and I have read all your spy school books. We love them, and we were wondering if there are any more exciting ships you had planned, or if Ben x Erica was the only one.

  26. Expo –

No offense, but I don’t write books based on titles. I come up with the idea, write the book — and then write the title.
