Gael –

Seeing as i have four series going simultaneously and already release a spy school book every year, I don’t think it would be possible for me to release two SS books in the same year. All my other series would fall apart.

Oliver –

I have to finish SS11 first before I can even think about SS12.

Stu-

If, for example, you quit working on every series except for Spy School, about how many books would you be able to release per year?

R –

I would probably only be able to do two spy school books in a year. Creating two books in a series is more difficult than creating books in different series.

Hi Mr. Gibbs

Will there ever be a crossover between Spy School and Charlie Thorne?

Hi MR Gibbs i was thinking yesterday and i have a few more questions. Do you think spy school will get a 12th,13th,14th,and a 15th book because i really like your spy school series. Also will you ever include the FBI like a rival school of the CIA school? I think that would be cool. And i even have an idea. Ben could undercover as a new FBI student to find a mole that is a threat to espionage world.

Thank you for your time. 🙂

MR Gibbs do you think that we will get a Charlie Thorne book next year. And will Charlie ever like someone? Or will someone always be with her Because even though Dante and

Milana are with her in her adventures But, She is always escapes by herself.Thank you for your hard work.

CIA Senior Agent Ed –

I am not planning a crossover between any of my series at this time.

Gael –

I am not sure how many books will be in the SS series. And I can’t tell you what is going to happen in future books. That said, I’m not sure why Ben would go into the FBI school when he has already proved himself as a CIA agent — and going into a school to find a mole is basically the plot of the original Spy School.

Gael –

There will not be a CT book next year. The next book will be out (hopefully) in 2024. I can’t say what will happen with Charlie in future books.

Okay thanks MR Gibbs

Have you met Rick Riordan who wrote Percy Jackson?

Barney Rubble –

No I have not met Rick Riordan.

A question for everyone-

Have you read all the Stuart Gibbs books? And that’s including-

The Spy School series

The Charlie Thorne series

The Moon Base Alpha series

The Last Musketeer series

The FunJungle series

The Spy School graphic novel

Once Upon A Tim

Teddy Fitzroy,

Yes! I have read eveyrthing! Ngl, I am really excited to see the cover for Spy Camp GN! That is what I am really excited for!

Which first chapter of CT3 will be at the end of CT2?

Is it the prologue that focuses on Cleopatra, the actual first chapter that focuses on Charlie, or both

George Jefferson –

The preview is the first chapter that focuses on Charlie.

The 7th grader-

That’s great, because the reason I was asking that is because a while ago I thought I had read all of his books but then I discovered there was a whole other series I hadn’t read.

And yes, I’m also excited to see the cover for the Spy Camp Graphic Novel.

I’ve totally read everything. I couldn’t stop.

Mr Gibbs- ABOUT how many chapters can you write in a day?

Tidal Wave –

Chapters can be of all sorts of lengths. I don’t track how many chapters I write in a given day. Or words. I just try to write as well as I can.

Mr Gibbs can you rank your series from the most to least popular?

I meant like how much they sell.

Gael –

So… you’re asking me if I can go through all the sales numbers for all 25 of my books, then compile a list of them in order from most sales to least? That is not very easy to do. (Especially since I am not given up to date sales numbers every single day, so I would have to track all that information down.) So, sorry, but I do not have the hours it would take to do that. All I can say is, rest assured that Spy School has sold more than any other book of mine. I don’t even know what the second best selling book of mine is.

Oh okay i understand MR Gibbs but, I meant like from the six series you have written.

P.S Thank you for your time and for always responding to my questions have a great day.

Also do you mean spy school like the first book or the series?

Gael –

If I say Spy School, that means the first book in the series. That is the title of that book.

I do not have the sales information for each of my series. I have to add each book’s sales total together. So that is all a lot of work.

Mr Gibbs. How do you exactly write your books? How do you get ideas for your books?

-the mostly good person

Hello Mr.Gibbs how do you write so many books have kids and travel at the same time. That seems like a lot of work to me. I am also excited for your next book. I have been checking your website too much. Have a decent day!

The mostly good person –

I have information about where the book ideas came from on my faq page — as well as some old blog posts.

Mariam

It takes a lot of organization to do everything. I don’t work when I travel, though. I find that I need that time to take a break from writing and come up with new ideas.

Hi Mr. Gibbs

I love your books I have read every series you got SS, CT just started the first book(Luv it), Tim, the last musketeer, and the other ones. I want to ask what was on the equation charlie found.

You are my favourite author they started getting your books at my school(spy school as a start.) I can’t wait for spy school mission x!

I recommend you to everybody when they ask me for a book.

Thank you,

Erica Hale??

Erica Hale

Thanks for being a fan — and recommending my books to people.

The equation at the heart of Charlie Thorne and the Last Equation is fictitious. It doesn’t really exist.

But if there really

wasan equation that dangerous, I couldn’t possibly publish it — or post it here. That’s the whole point of the book: that it would need to be kept secret.Hi Mr. Gibbs,

Hope you are well. I purchased Charlie Thorne 2 last year, so it didn’t come with the first chapter of Charlie Thorne 3. I was wondering if there is a way for me to get the first chapter online?

Thank you so much,

Mr. Machu Picchu

P.S: I love your books, and I was wondering if this would be the last book in the series? Thank you!

Mr MachuPicchu

Sorry, but i do not have a way to distribute the sample chapter of Charlie 3 on line. However, the book will be out in less than a month.

This is not going to be the last book in the series.
