Barnes & Noble is printing an exclusive edition of Spy School Goes South

Sorry if these posts are getting redundant but… Barnes & Noble is doing yet another special edition of one of my books.  (For those of you keeping score at home, I believe this is special edition #8.)

As usual, there will be 16 pages of fun bonus material that I have written, and a bonus poster on the inside cover of the book jacket.  (Plus, the special edition cover is always extra-sparkly.)

And guess how much extra you have to pay for all this good stuff: Nothing!  It’s exactly the same price!  (Extra bonus: Sometimes the special editions ship earlier than the regular editions, so people occasionally get their copies early.  Not always.  But occasionally.)

  1. I am sorry I didn’t post sooner but I read the book the first day it came out officially! What is in the Exclusive edition for ssgs? What does it mean by 16 pages of bonus material is it like extra pages relivent (How do you spell that) to the book or no?

  2. Elite Z-
I will consider reading the Last Musketeer series because I started to read it and got bored, I forgot about it and had to take it back to the library sadly they only have the first and last one in the series.

Can someone tell me what it is about it was sort of confusing and I alrteady read a lot of books at the time so I was tired of reading.

    Those were long sentences!

  3. The bonus pages aren’t the book continued for a couple more chapters, they’re just extra pages similar to, or relating to the book. They’re super good.

  4. Dear Stuart, will you create a new villain after spider is defeated? I would love to see the gang take on a new enemy!

  5. I just heard about spy school being made into a movie!!!! I’m so excited!! Congratulations!! 🙂

  6. CIA Agent –

If they defeat SPYDER, I would have to create a new villain, wouldn’t I? You wouldn’t want to read a book about them just hanging out in the dorms, would you?

  7. Hi Stuart, I was wondering how old Chip is in relation to Ben and Erica. What year is he in at spy school?

  8. Do you think you will write Ben as an older teen (15-18)?? I would love to see how he and his friends mature. Just because you’ve written a lot of books im a short time frame (he’s only been at spy school for 2 years) so are you trying not to write him as older?

  9. Stu-

In the book, you mention Luxury Villa 23, although on the map of the resort there is no Luxury Villa 23. Was it just not shown in the map?

  10. Eg-21

Here’s the problem: In the publishing world, when a kid gets to 15 or 16, they are officially YA, so I am keeping Ben & his pals young for now. But I’m also doing what feels natural. Why jump ahead two years when they could have adventures now?

  11. Will Erica and Zoe’s friendship get better? It was improving in the last few books but in SSGS they were more angry at each other

  12. Please write AT LEAST, 10 more books in this series
IT IS AWESOME, MY FAVORITE BOOKS OF ALL TIME

  13. Ok, so I tried to 25 pages max every day so that it would last longer, I finished it on the second day because it was so good…

  14. Our entire family loves the Spy School series !!
My son read Spy School when he was 12, he is now 18 and still loves to read each book as it is released. His sister is 15 and she is completely into the Spy School series. These are some of her most loved books. We “grown ups” like them too. Thank you so much for writing. You have a real gift for this genre !! Don’t stop !! someday I may have grand kids to read your books !!
Really, don’t stop writing, you do a wonderful job.
